If you enjoy people, you may have a new career. People are twice as likely to turn to "alternative" therapists than they are to go to psychiatrists or psychologists. Yes, twice as likely. Online the counseling industry is serving the public more frequently.
<BR><BR>The online arena is the most popular area to get help for a number of reasons. First, online access is more convenient for both the one seeking advice and the one giving advice. It's convenient because there is no driving an no bus schedule to worry about. Finally, there is no chance of embarrassment from being accidentally being seen going in.
<BR><BR>As an online life advisor, life coach, pastoral counselor, you will find more quickly as the whole world is your client base. You will still have the problem of people not wanting to "seek" help if you set up an office based practice. Online people can be more honest and you get a sense of confidentiality.
<BR><BR>Liking people isn't enough. You will have to earn your wings through training. Just because you like people doesn't mean your a qualified spirituality advisor.
<BR><BR>You'll need the right certification or registration to provide advice and counsel within your area. These may be quite stringent, but, luckily there are ways around this, so don't be frustrated.

But, the U.S. Constitution guarantees you the right to practice as a Pastoral Counselor. That's right as a minister you are guaranteed the RIGHT to provide counseling services.
<BR><BR>Maybe you've never thought of yourself as very spiritual person. Or, maybe you don't have a sense of a loving, giving God. You can find out how much your Creator loves you and wants you to work for the good of your life during your pastoral training. I choose Many Paths Ministry. They are a challenging program but very reasonable in their price and you will feel proud of earning the ordination. However, if you are in a hurry, you will find places who will ordain you on the Internet for almost nothing and almost immediately.
