Do you want stress free life? Anxiety and stress are major problem which take away the pleasure from our lives. Though, you cannot totally avoid stress, still you can make sure that it does not affect you too much.
<BR><BR>Here are a few awesome tips which teach you to cope better with stress:
<BR><BR>1. Put Down Your Worries on Paper:
<BR><BR>This is one of my favorite stress busting activity. Whenever anything worries me, I find it difficult to get my mind off it. My mind constantly goes back to this thing again and again.
<BR><BR>What happens when you pen down your stressful thoughts is that they will lose their power. The thoughts aren't going to disappear away so quickly. But their power will have diminished greatly just by the simple exercising of writing them down. How cool is that?
<BR><BR>Take a piece of paper and write down all the things that are currently bothering you. You can even note down some possible solutions you might want to try. Try to come up with some plan of action.
<BR><BR>2. Start Exercising:
<BR><BR>Engage yourself in regular physical exercises. If you are feeling lot of stress, then start exercising at least 3 to 5 times per week. Each exercise session can last upto 30 minutes or more.
<BR><BR>You don't need to join a gym. You can carry on simple exercises like jogging, swimming, jumping rope, biking etc. When you exercise, the body releases a hormone called endorphin. This will help in making you feel calm and also enhances your mood.
<BR><BR>3. Let Go of Negative Things:
<BR><BR>Have you noticed how some people cling on to things desperately? They know that certain things are bad for them, yet they are afraid to let go of these beliefs, persons or situations. Try to overcome such habit and be willing to give up something if needed.
<BR><BR>Sometimes it becomes necessary to let go of certain things. We should not try to pretend that it does not matter and continue in the same manner as before. It might cause unwanted suffering.
<BR><BR>4. Always Be Positive:
<BR><BR>There are many benefits of being positive in life. We will find it easy to keep fighting hard against the problems that come up. We won't give up easily. Positing attitude has a relaxing effect on us whereas negative thinking saps away our energies.
